1941 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible She's been a fantastic cruiser. acquired the car in 2013, and the restoration/upgrades were done over a 3 year period from 2001-2003. Sheet metal is 75% original with new steel being grafted where needed. There is ZERO body filler on this car. Everything was tack-welded then leaded in. Below are some highlight features of the car: 1994 Caprice IFS front clip installed including gas shocks, PDB, quicker ratio steering box and larger sway bars 1976 Cadillac 500ci V8 rebuilt to factory specs Turbo 400 trans 1976 Cadillac rear axle with larger drum brakes and gas shocks 15' TruSpokes chrome wire wheels wrapped in GF Goodrich white walls Vintage Air A/C & heater unit Ball's power window kit Electric power top Halogen headlights 2 stage paint (1999 factory Lincoln color Cordovan) Beige leather tuck-n-roll interior with Wilton wool carpeting All chrome was replated at Blakeley's Chrome Shop in Dayton Ohio ididit steering column & banjo style wheel All dash gauges and clock are original Completely new wiring harness The car shows extremely well  Car was featured in American Rodder magazine in July of 2003 that details the restoration of the vehicle.
