1954 Cadillac Custom roadster named Miss Pearl. This is big. This is a custom. The white lady began as a 1954 series 62 Cadillac but after Motorama-inspired ideas it became a fully custom 4-seater. It was designed and built by Patrick Douglas (Boat Builder) with the help of his crew at Douglas Designs. CAR HAS NO TOP BUT THE INTERIOR IS BUILT SAME AS BOAT TO GET WET AND RAIN - DOWN POOR = NO PROBLEM - Every panel is rebuilt, the frame is custom made tubular one and the Northstar 32-valve engine is taken from Cadillac XLR. So has transmission, suspensions, brakes. The dark wood floors, steering wheel, and side panel accents were inspired by the wooden boats on Lake Coeur d?Alene. Miss Pearl ? the ultimate land yacht. Frame is Custom Painted to look like Teak Wood - underneath entire car. All Updated ADJUSTABLE SHOCKS. STILL REGISTERED UNDER ORIGINAL 1954 CADDY VIN# Entire Under Body redone, brakes, wheels, rims, calipers, drums, springs, etc., HAS JUST OVER 600 MILES SINSE CUSTOM REBUILD.
