1958 Chevrolet Delray

1958 Chevrolet Delray purchased from California in April 2010; drove till Oct. 2013. In April, 2014 stripped body went to Payne Autobody where it was straightened (small patch driver’s quarter, replaced lower trunk channel, & 2 patches in floor) nosed, decked and trim around tail lights removed. Body was painted 2012 Mustang U6 dark red. All glass, rubber, weather strips & fuzzies replaced. Rear glass original. Interior: 2000 Monte Carlo 6-way seats covered in beige leather & pleather w/matching trunk, all gauges work, wiring new, Newport wiper conversion. Drivetrain: new radiator & gas tank, rebuilt ’68 327 engine, CCP power steering, CCP power front disc brakes (12” Camero) w/ 2” dropped spindles, w/1” lower frt. springs,’68 GTO 4 spd, rear gear 3:55-1, drum brakes rear w/adjusters. New shocks & new A-arm and trailing arm bushings. All belts, hoses & underhood wires new. Car now has 11,635 miles.
