1984 Chevrolet El Camino

1984 El Camino one owner with 133K miles that has been parked in a garage since late 2016 by the original owner. He was in the process of redoing/restoring the car when he fell ill and eventually passed away. The wife kept the tag and insurance updated until 2019 but never moved the car. The car has fresh paint (6 years old but never in the sun), a new dash pad and almost zero miles on the tires, however they are 6 years old, but have great tread and life left in them. It is a 305/TH350 A/C car with power seats but hand crank windows and locks. It has a hard bed cover and the bed is rust free and has been coated with rhino liner. The tag has been relocated to the bumper and the tailgate has been smoothed out. The AC is NOT working, needs a compressor that will go with the car and needs to be installed. Like almost every Gbody from GM, the steering column is loose and will need to be tightened. The factory radio needs to be reinstalled or you can install an aftermarket unit, your choice. The car starts, runs, stops and drives very nice but it has been siting for years. It needs a new home that will use it as intended. I wrote this ad this way so you will know that this is not that really rare 2022 El Camino you read about online. Its not a SEMA show car, it was not hand built by Chip Foose. What it is is a really clean daily driver or a fantastic starting point for something more.
