1966 Chevrolet Nova L79 Super Sport, A fully restored sorted award winning car that has just been completed in 2015. With 4000 miles on the car it has been road tested and performing excellent. The exterior of the car was a straight original paint (lemon yellow with a black top) original sheet metal and no rust issues anywhere on the car, the gaps throughout the car aligned excellent and we were pleased to have such a wonderful straight car to start with. We purchased the car in 2006. I have included many photos of the car while it was being restored. The car was prepped and painted in a custom BASF grey color and received 4 passes of clear so it has a very deep look to it and even under fluorescents, All jams, under the doors and under the car has been painted to match. All chrome has been re plated and all stainless polished, Bumpers moved in more and rivets were removed for a cleaner look, The rear panel above the bumpers has been hand painted, the glass in the car is mostly original in good condition with the front windshield and rear glass being new, all rubber weather stripping throughout the car is new. All lenses are also new and Headlights are high Intensity led with a daytime running light around the headlight. The car sits on custom Budnick wheels that are painted centers and polished outers, 17 front and 18 rears the custom steering wheel matches the design on the interior. This car will be on Budnick wheels new T shirts and in the new Catalog, The wheels are wrapped in new Nitto High performance tires. The hand painted Felix Chevrolet license plate frame is an original not a reproduction. The red leather interior uses the stock original SS seats, they are perforated and use a very high quality leather, The dash has been color matched, Door panels carry a custom handmade grab handle, upgraded door handles and window cranks, All of the gauges were sent out to Redline speedometer to get Cali braided and then hand painted to go the theme of the car.Doors: 2
