Listing Description
1972 SS Nova with True 'K' code. This was originally a 4 speed car, and it ****STILL HAS THE CLUTCH PEDAL IN IT!**** It was converted to automatic somewhere along the line. This was a daily driver, and it runs cool, drives straight as an arrow, stops straight and true, no pulsing or pulling, front end is tight, no squeaks or rattles ! The engine is very healthy, it is a 1974 350 with a nice cam, Edelbrock intake and carb, full length headers, and an awesome sounding set of duals exiting out the rear of the rear fenders, has a nice lope, runs cool, has an auxiliary electric cooling fan besides the engine fan, but it never needs it. The Turbo 350 shifts perfectly, and the rear end is quiet and tight! This car has NO power steering, but it is not hard to steer. This is an older resto with some minor blemishes and bubbles here and there. The floors are awesome, the rockers are perfect, as is the firewall, the trunk floor has been repaired, but they did not take the old trunk floor under it out. The tops of the rear quarters have been replaced as well, and as you can see in the pics, it all looks good! The car has subframe connectors, and old school 'slapper' traction bars (looks good) The interior is very nice, no cracks in the dash, no rips in the seats, carpet and headliner are perfect, as are the door panels, the left rear upholstery panel is nice, but the right rear will need a new one, it has some material over it now, and is not terrible, but it needs one, the sail panels have some wrinkles in them, but not terrible. The car has a fiberglass hood with cowl, and hood hinges with the factory latch. Because of the few minor issues with the car, I have the car priced accordingly, it would take very little to make this car into a show car, some people like the flames, some don't ( I don't! Lol) or just enjoy it as it is. This is a steal at his price, if you have been looking at SS Novas.Trim: SSDoors: 2
