Listing Description

1937 Chevrolet 1/2 ton pickup truck. It is setting on a 1985 Toyota 2wd.chassis. It has the bulletproof 22R carbureted motor and 5 speed manual transmisson. It has a really nice matching set of raised white letter tires and magnum style Mustang wheels on it. It runs and drives great ! It gets really good gas mileage and is faster and more dependable than an original 1937 Chevy drivetrain. It drives just like a 1985 toyota truck with the 1937 look. It gets a lot of looks and comments everywhere you drive it. If you don't want attention then this truck is definately not for you. It has a full black interior in it including headliner, door panels and carpet. It doesn't have much legroom with the seats that are in it now so if you are 6 ft. tall or more you would need to go with a set of racing seats or a custom made seat that is thinner than the bucket seats that are in it now. These old 30's era trucks did not have a lot of room inside anyway. It is what it is. It has all Toyota gauges that work. The turn signals work. It also has all factory Toyota truck gas, brake and clutch pedals too. It has an in dash stereo with CD player. It needs the bodywork redone. It has some bondo popping and cracking in a few places but still looks pretty good. Bottom of the doors have been redone at some point and are bubbling now. My friend built the really nice reclaimed oak sideboards and the custom Chevy bowtie tailgate upper panel. It really looks good too. See pics. It also has true dual exhaust on it that sounds great and is in excellent condition. I just rebuilt the rear brake system a couple of days ago. New brake shoes, turned drums and wheel cylinders It is a true one of a kind. I have a clean Indiana title under my name. It also is titled as a 1937 Chevy truck too.Doors: 2
