1949 Ford F-100

1949 FORD PICKUP RESTRO MOD. NEW FROM THE GROUND UP. Has 1976 F100 Rear end with drum brakes & new discs in front. This is a cab off chassis restoration, with the original 239 cubic inch flat head engine - bored 30 over, with the crank turned 10 under. It has a Offenhouser 3/4 cam & solid adjustable lifters. Aluminum Edelbrock Heads; aluminum Offenhauser four barrel intake manifold with a new 750 Holley carb & headers from Speedway with cherry bomb mufflers. New 12 volt alternator, with 12 volt conversion; new radiator & new gas tank. All new glass, as well as new rubber seals through all the truck. New head liner; new floor mat & seat reworked with new cover. The floor of the bed is done with 1/8' diamond plate. To finish, it would need new tires & wheels; & front bumper.
