Listing Description
1970 Ford Fairlane 500 is absolutely gorgeous. It has had a complete restoration done with no expense spared and attention to detail in every square inch of this car. It took 13 months to get this car into what you are seeing now. The bright red paint was flawlessly applied over a lazer straight body and looks about a mile deep. All the chrome and stainless was either replaced or buffed to perfection. When you open the door, you will quickly notice the leather interior, the custom dash and console and like the rest of this Fairlane, it is fresh and no expense was spared here with custom touches galore, right down to the window cranks. Under the hood you will find Ford's powerful 460 CI motor sitting in a highly detailed engine compartment. The engine is hooked up to a top loader 4 speed transmission and transfers all the power to Ford's stout 9' rear end. Driving this Fairlane is a pleasure with the power rack and pinion steering and Wilwood disc brakes which are coupled up to the Fat Man front end. Complete steering, suspension and brakes were either replaced or rebuilt during the build as with the motor, transmission, and rear end. Driving this car is a blast and can be driven anywhere with confidence and no issues. When the urge hits to run it up thru the gears, that's when the fun really begins because this car is FAST!!
