1964 Ford Galaxie

1964 Ford Galaxie 500XL Trying to help sell this car for my dad. He had a stroke in 2011. The car has not been licensed since 1993. He had plans on finishing the car. He would start it up every couple of months and let it run 10-15 minutes. After he had his stroke he has not started it since. It is not locked up it still turns over but will not start. It has the 352 v8. The paint is in great shape with all new chrome work. All the glass is there no cracks. The top still goes up and down like its suppose to and has a brand new vinyl top in the box. It has been garage kept since he has owned the car not once has it sat outside. I'm unsure of the mileage on the car.
