This car is largely restored and in GREAT condition! Runs and Drives great. Has original working AC and original straight 6 inline motor. NEW Upholstery, NEW front suspension. NEW tires, excellent original condition - Must see. Original color was Newport White (you can see it in the trunk) - Was painted red by previous owner. Body is EXTREMELY Solid and in great condition. Original Floorboards, undercarriage and frame is super clean and rust free. Virtually NO rust! This has been a Southern car, raised in Arizona and lived the rest of it's life in Texas below the salt line...thus the impeccable 50 year old body. Great AS IS or for the Pony lover who wants to Resto-Mod with a 289, it has an outstanding body and frame/core. The straight 6-200 was standard equipment in 1965. It is a very punchy engine--really quick. The body has virtually NO rust. A few tiny surface spots that were painted over on the bottom of 2 quarter panels.
