1966 Ford Mustang

1966 Ford Mustang 2dr Hardtop purchased \'used\' in 1980. Burgundy Red over Maroon-colored interior. Interior was replaced with a reproduction interior kit, but the headliner has a small tear in the right quarter sail panel. It otherwise looks very good and only needs a thorough cleaning. I should note the door trim panels are from a Pony Interior. A correct-colored used Pony Back Seat is also included. 289 V8 with Mickey Thompson Aluminum Valve Covers Automatic Transmission, AM/FM/Cassette (aftermarket stereo). AFX Aluminum 14\' wheels. Steel wheels are also included. Steering wheel is leather-wrapped (amateur job) Aftermarket under-dash AC (In-Op). Includes a 2nd compressor. Floor pans & fuel tank have been replaced. This car was easily started as recently at 8 months ago, but will not re-start. It has over 200k miles on it and could be blown-------altho\' I cannot confirm that 1 way or the other. I started it, heard a loud \'bang\' and it wouldn\'t restart. Not being a mechanic, I was reluctant to try to start it. Alot of newer parts are observed on the engine. This was a father/son build that originated in 1980 with the Father and passed down to the Son & current owner. The floor pans & fuel tank were replaced. Both quarters have rust and will require replacement from the wheel arch down. After market AC was added to the car, but is not working properly. A 2nd compressor from the same AM supplier is included. Car has a Mustang-themed A/M AM/FM cassette player in it. The original factory radio probably still works and is included. I should note the dash was cut to accommodate the A/M stereo. Newer exhaust. No Battery. Car will have to be towed. All known info has been supplied in the interest of full disclosure.
