1967 Ford Mustang
Vehicle Details
Listing Description
1967 Mustang Convertible. This is a beautifully and professionally restored. It had a full body-on restoration approximately 18 years ago. The body and paint was completed by a local Ford-Mercury dealership here in Monticello. The 289 4V engine was also completely restored as well at the same time. The interior is all brand new and professionally done along with the power convertible top. The suspension, fuel lines, brakes lines, shocks etc....were all replaced too. The great thing about this Mustang is that the windows roll up easy with no hang ups. The shifter was also rebuilt and there\'s absolutely no slop or play in the linkage. All of the gauges work as they should. The lights, directionals, horn, instrument panel lights, blower motor, heating controls all work as they should with a restored car. The power top works beautifully...fast up and down with no issues. The tires and Mustang Wheels are in excellent condition. The chrome bumpers are in good to very good condition. This Mustang was originally Wimbledon White and was repainted Acapulco Blue. The paint is beautifully with excellent clarity, straightness and shine. The door gaps are excellent. They open and close easily and solid. The 289 was originally a C code 2bbl and a aluminum 4bbl. intake and a Holley 600 cfm carb. was added. A performance camshaft was installed as well. It runs strong and drives out nice. It has power steering with manual brakes. It doesn\'t leak any fluids whatsoever. This is a Mustang that you can just get in and enjoy. It truly needs nothing.
