1967 Ford Mustang
Vehicle Details
Listing Description
1967 Ford Mustang GTA Fastback Pro Touring Restomod owned this car since 2010 and completed most of the work. It is a unique example of a modernized muscle car. PERFECT black paint combined with just the right amount of brand new chrome. It is powered by a 347ci small block Ford with a full compliment of Trick Flow intake/heads/cam. It also has a Vortech V-1 Supercharger. This combo is making an estimated 650hp. (Haven't dynoed most recent intake setup) This power is put to the ground with a Level 10 built Ford AOD trans and of course a 9' Ford rear end. The suspension has custom coil overs and large sway bars. It has 4-wheel Baer Disc brakes. The wheels are one-off custom made MHT's measuring 19x8 up front and 20x11 in the rear. The tires are practically brand new Toyo Proxes. The interior has custom seats, a roll cage with 4-point harnesses, custom steering wheel, all new black door panels etc, and of course a LOUD stereo system complete with subwoofers in the trunk. This car was originally an ultra rare 'S' code (big block) fastback GTA that was only made this one year (1967). The stock 390ci engine is long gone, so this made a great car to make into a restomod. Many people try to put nice wheels on an old car and call it a 'restomod'...not the case here. This is a fully built new car with only about 3100 miles since completion. This car is meant to be driven. It actually gets 20mpg on the highway thanks to having an Overdrive trans that can handle the power, and at the same time will run a mid 11 second quarter mile. There are too many 'Eleanor' mustangs out there. Here is a truly unique Mustang.Trim: GTA FastbackDoors: 2
