Here is a very unique 1968 Ford Mustang GT Convertible. Delivered new from the factory with a 390 CI V-8 engine, the vehiclea* tm s original owner removed it and installed a 427 Cubic Inch V-8 built by the famous Holman Moody racing shop, which fielded Fords in everything from NASCAR to the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Built with dual 4-barrel carburetors resting upon an aluminum intake manifold, this race-bred 427 now pushes its prodigious horsepower through a B&M Performance automatic transmission and also sports an MSD Blaster coil and dual exhaust. Painted in Highland Green with an Ivy Gold interior, this cosmetically un-restored Mustang still retains its original sheet metal, interior, top and trunk. Other features include bucket seats with a center console, a Hurst shifter, auxiliary gauges and slotted GT wheels.
