1970 Ford Mustang

1970 \'R\' code mustang fastback ORIGINAL ENGINE 4 speed 428 Cobra jet in amazing survivor condition with a couple of upgrades that could easily be removed! This car is documented with the build sheet, original titles, marti report and original warranty card! With 81k orig miles this car came originally from Colorado and then went to Florida and now it ends up with me in NY and I have copies of both titles! The paint is partially original but mostly been repainted from fading in those dry, sunny states and was done about 30 years ago and is showing it\'s age here and there but is in nice driver shape for sure, as you can see but just not the show quality, fresh perfect paint you might expect on a car of this caliber but the price isn\'t $100k plus either and I can assure you of one thing....NONE OF THOSE HIGHLY RESTORED SH**BOXES COULD HOLD A CANDLE TO THIS CAR as far as ZERO RUST OR ROT EVER! They won\'t drive anywhere as good as this one because they are taken apart and put back together! NOTHING DRIVES LIKE AN ORIGINAL FLOORS, TRUNK AND BODY PANEL CAR....NOTHING!!! Car is simply incredible! Interior is original and very nice. Look at the gauge area, how nice is that!? Original stickers in the door jams, under the hood and trunk are still there. Original paint under the hood, trunk lid, door jams and floors is still there! Vintage AC has been added and works perfectly along with a 5 speed tremec transmission (cost $4k original 4 speed close ratio trans is in the box that the tremec came out of and goes with the car). The floors were undercoated originally and it was removed about 30 years ago so you can see some of it is still there. I have the original hubcaps that were on the car when it was new. Car came with fold down rear seat, posi rear (traction-lok differential), front disc brakes, power steering, tinted glass and much more. Marti report is listed.
