AWARD WINNING GORGEOUS 1957 T-BIRD
Most T-Bird enthusiasts consider the ’57 Bird as the best T-Bird of all time. It is, of course, the last of the original design created to go head to head with the Corvette. The 57’s also had more powerful engines than either of the two preceding years which made them much more fun to drive.
This beauty with matching numbers was restored and sold by the guru of T-Birds, Amos Minter out of Dallas, in 2005. It once had a home in a museum, owned by a well-known collector in Houston. It is equipped with almost every option that was available in 1957 and has had air conditioning added for a more comfortable ride. The optional equipment includes: hard and soft tops, power steering and brakes, beautiful Kelsey Hayes real wire wheels with new wide white radial tires, optional original town and country radio, and automatic transmission. This beauty has the big 312 motor with a Holley 4 Barrel carb. Excellent condition, in and out, a blast to drive, and a real looker. This is an award winner, including second place in both 2012 and 2013 at the Southern California Pageant of the Thunderbird. $52,000 OBO. Motivated to sell. Call Dale at (949) 939-0162.
