1976 GMC Vandura

1976 GMC Vandura Camper Van with Pathfinder 4x4 Conversion, lift and lots of extras.  THE GOOD: Pathfinder 4x4 conversion with lift, Dana 60 rear axle V8 350 Motor, Super reliable and very easy to work on Upgraded 205 Transfer case and Turbo 350 Transmission Boxed frame with additional motor support  Dual gas tanks with in dash switch 38 Gallon capacity  2 batteries Tow hitch Just replaced U Joints and rebuilt front shock mounts Inspected by a certified mechanic and he was extremely impressed with the condition of the van, there is some surface rust but nothing of any concern. The frame is super solid.  Drives really well, a little play in the steering wheel but to be expected in an older van. Just got back from a road trip to Fruita and easily cruised 70+mph down I-70 with no drift or issues.  Couch folds into a queen sized bed and there is a futon mattress as well.  Table, locking gun cabinet, tarp awning, custom paint job with rhino lined lower.  Replaced latch assembly on driver side door THINGS THAT NEED TO BE ADDRESSED Stereo works but needs to be rewired.  Body is definitely a little rough around around the edges, its 40 years old Surface rust on the undercarriage but nothing damaging.  This is the perfect Camper Van for backcountry camping,regular hunting, bug out vehicle or just exploring Colorado.   just recently put a lot of work into it including brand new U joints and it drives remarkably well.  For anyone interested in a 4x4 Camper Van this is an exceptional vehicle.Doors: 4
