1988 TVR S1 ROADSTER, built as a factory performance car, this car has excellent power to weight ratio and is in very good mechanical condition. Showing 81k miles it has a long life to live. Power is from a Ford 2.8 Cologne Germany engine and a type 9, 5-speed overdrive gearbox. This is a fiberglass body car built on a tubular chassis which has been well preserved by previous owners\' routine painting being done. No typical rust on outriggers to connect frame to body. The car has had an amateur repaint that has a good shine but lacks the smooth work of a pro. The chassis also offers 4-wheel coil over suspension and independent rear diff. the convertible top is operated like a Targa top with folding rear section.
