1966 Volkswagen Beetle

1966 Volkswagen Beetle Type 1, body and pan numbers match, 1600cc out of a '69 Beetle, 4 speed clutch transmission.  The 1600 was rebuilt at 80,000 when the restoration was done around 10 years ago. Painted in a blue metallic that I don't have the correct name for. Window's were removed before paint and all new weather stripping was installed. Suspension, steering, brakes have all been rebuilt. Converted to 12v so the original radio is not hooked up. I carry a blue tooth speaker with me. Complete new interior in cream white. Tan/brown carpet and seat belts. Pop out rear windows. New brakes all around with Coker Classic WW tires about 1,000 miles ago. Originally from Texas. The lady who bought it new had it in her garage until the day she passed. Her son got it restored, brought it to MN and since then it has been in one others life besides mine. It run's and drive's great with 87,500 miles on the clock. There are rock chips on the front, scrape on rear fender, and a couple spots that have been touched up over the years. It now has a roof rack on it. Under dash wicker rack.Doors: 2
