Listing Description

1967 Camaro that has had a complete nut & bolt rotisserie restoration. It has a 6.0 L Vortec LS1 engine that has a estimated 400 hp, a 4L60E automatic transmission with a Boss Hog 2400 stahl torque converter. A new Dayton Clutch & Joint driveshaft connects to a Currie 9inch posi style rear end with 3:71 gears. 4 wheel disc brakes do a excellent job of stopping. The body was put on a rotisserie and any rusted sheet metal was replaced. This car originally came from Texas so there wasn’t much rust, quarter panels were repaired, taillight panel was replaced as were the rear floor pans and trunk pan. The front fenders, cowl induction hood and upper valance are new. The car was then painted in House of Kolor Apple red candy basecoat over a black base. For added sparkle there is magenta red pearl in the clear. The car was then cut and buffed to a brilliant shine. The color on this car looks different depending on the light, then pin stripe artist Shane Syx laid out some very subtle pinstripes that accent the car very well. All of the chrome trim and emblems are new. The 6.0 Vortec LS1 engine has been rebuilt with all new rings, bearings, cam and lifters, and more, a valve job was also performed. A FiTech ultimate LS system has been added with a ram style intake manifold and transmission controller. The 4L60E transmission was purchased from Jegs in Ohio and the Currie 9inch rear end has all new bearings and seals. The suspension has been upgraded with tubular upper and lower control arms and new rear multi leaf , leaf springs. Subframe connectors are welded in and with front and rear sway bars this thing handles like it’s on rails. Foose nitrouse wheels in 17x8 and 17x9 and low profile Continental tires really grip the road. The interior is mostly stock with a tilting wood grain style steering wheel that looks vintage but feels modern. Vintage air keeps you cool in the summer and with power windows you can cruise in comfort. Intermittent wipers at whatever speed you need.Body Style: CoupeDoors: 2
