1978 Chevrolet Camaro

1978 Chevrolet Camaro....a one of a kind !!!!! Painted flame red it's a 'restomod' The engine alone is worth the lots of $$$ car runs 100% Keep in mind it's a race car that can be driven in the street lol. Its bored and stroked ,Its a 396 .60 over to a 409 Fully Forged internals It has a lunati mutha thumpa cam,i believe the ignition is Mallory with8-10mm plug wires carb is a holley 850 double pumper and the intake manifold its Edelbrock torker 2 flywheel is Steel Has a 2800 stall converter dynoed at 568hp and 600ftlbs of torque at the crank redline was set at 6k rpms motor should handle 7k for short bursts...this set up should run mid 10s on slicks ofcourse, Trans is a th400....it was built by borqwarner if correct it has a data plate on the driver side on the bottom near the trans pan from the guy who built it ,It also has a spool so its always on posi , my plans were to convert the car from drag car to a street car 90% there only missing wiper motors and wipers ,still has 5 point seatbelts and electrical cutoff mounted in the rear bumper ,I also installed brand new race ready aluminum radiator brand new power steering and power steering box all front end springs and bushings replaced, new brakes including master cylinder front rotors and pads, I removed part of the roll cage, left the rear portion of the rollcage behind front seats ,in the interior the floors are solid no rust! I dynomatt complete floor and installed new carpet new seats with red diamond stitch and middle suede.
