1968 Chevrolet Chevelle

1968 Chevelle \'REAL\' SS BIG BLOCK nom 396 4 speed!!! Out of 100 Chevelle\'s how many are actually \'REAL DEAL\' SS cars? VERY FEW IS RIGHT! Well, here is one of those rare instances where the vin # 138 tells it ALL! Real SS with nom 396/325 hp and a 4 speed transmission that runs and drives PERFECT! As perfect as one can drive that\'s for sure. Very quiet with minimal to no rattling like so many others do...this is a mostly original paneled 1968 chevelle with original floors and trunk making it drive SOLID like it should! Not like an erector set! Old school ladder bars are bolted in and can easily be removed in 20 minutes max if desired! The color is Fathom blue with a black vinyl roof and black bucket seat, center console, mostly original interior. It is clearly very nice, as you can see. My car has 104k original miles as documented by the prior 2 owners of 40 years. Vinyl top is very nice but has a few minor bubbles under it the size of 1/2 of an M and M. (Yes the candy) Maybe 5 of those and again, very small. The paint is very clean and straight (see the reflections of the ground and other things) with minor wear from driving and being a couple scratches with minor touch ups and some road rock rash from tires spinning behind each wheel from the 12 bolt posi unit. Front power disc brakes help it stop on a dime. Overall a very nice solid honest car.
