1979 Corvette L48 with Big Block 454! Actual mileage on car is 76,544. Removable T-Top car. A lot of money spent on this car. It features a professional built fresh 454 engine. It was built by Advanced Engine Machine, INC in Salina, Kansas. build the engine, not including the carburetor and everything to make it turn key! Has a fresh rebuilt TH-400 automatic transmission, built by Shank Transmissions in Wichita, Kansas. The transmission has a 3,500 to 4,000 stall converter. The rear end and rear suspension to handle the power of the big block and accommodate wider tires. These were all pre-pandemic prices, I would hate to know what it would cost now! New exhaust system, new HD aluminum Griffin radiator, and new Holley 850 street HP carburetor, etc. Like new tires with hardly any miles on them. The car is 90% finished. It needs some small finishing touches to drive on the street. Does run and drive. I would suggest installing a fan shroud. The hood doesn’t close all the way in the corners, needs either a taller hood or a shorter intake manifold installed for the hood to close all the way, doesn’t lack much clearance. The wiring needs hooked up for the gauges and lights to work, the wiring is all there and looks to be in good shape. The exhaust needs some short pipes installed to hook the headers up to the exhaust system. This car is fast and has a nice lopey idle. I would consider this car presentable driver quality condition, does have some scratches and imperfections in the paint.
