1965 Dodge Coronet
Vehicle Details
Listing Description
1965 Dodge Coronet 500. I bought it in 2002. It has a 1973 440 c.i. big block, 727 auto trans and 3.55 posi rear end. It has power steering and manual brakes. The body has absolutely NO rust and never has (the odometer shows 56,500 miles). It was repainted once (long ago). Originally white in color. The interior is 'old school' diamond stitch. This is a driver quality car but could easily be upgraded to show quality. Things I've done since 2002: - Total front suspension replacement including steering gear box, power steering pump and front disc brakes - Replaced the water pump and alternator - Aluminum radiator - Headers and complete new exhaust with 'H' pipe - Reworked heads, new intake manifold & Holly carb - 15 inch Cragers & BF Goodrich tires (set of 14 inch Cragers & tires also come with car) (replaced speedo gear so speed is still accurate) - Installed a Secret Audio radio (in console) - AM radio also works - Enjoyed cruising every summer This car runs strong, sounds great and is a joy to drive.Trim: 500Doors: 2
