This 1940 Ford has a Mercury 59AB Flat head that is 80 over with what appears to be factory relieving, new Offenhauser heads and an Offenhauser two carb intake with progressive linkage, all set up and jetted by Vintage Speed in FLA. This car has an extremely rare working Columbia 2 speed rear end. the Wiring is new and converted to 12 volt. There is a Powergen 1 wire alternator. all gauges and lights work.This car was repainted once in the early 50's. This car has a CE front sway bar, tube shocks, Bob Drake rear sway bay and tube shock kit on.New radial tires.The list goes on as far as making this car roadworthy.
