1965 Ford Fairlane 500

1965 Ford Fairlane 500 with a 289 v8 engine. The car did turn over when I bought it but currently will not start or run the exhaust manifold ports are uncovered. The engine had stock exhaust manifolds but i have new headers for the engine that were never installed. Brake system needs to be flushed. Fairlane\'s body is complete but under body has much rust. Needs new floor panels. Title is under name.
