1965 Ford Falcon

65 Falcon Futura hardtop ... a HIGH OPTION car originally ... 289 V8, (original engine) C4 automatic trans, Power Steering, Power Brakes, AIR CONDITIONING, two speed wiper/washer, back up lights,4 way flashers and more.... she is a PRETTY SOLID CAR ... Bought it out of Sunny Colorado ( still has the Colorado title ) and it was SOLID when I got it .... the body lines and fit on the car are EXCELLENT !!! I was told motor was done when I purchased it and seems to run VERY WELL ..... All parts were purchased at DEALER PRICES and all work done by professional builders that are friends or I would have a small FORTUNE in the car at this point !!! She needs some finishing but you will NEVER get her to this point for what you can buy her for NOW ... COMPLETE NEW Power Brake System ... ALL metal and rubber lines, Master Cylinder, shoes, wheel cylinders, ALL Attaching springs,etc .... Front suspension is ALL NEW ... Upper and Lower "A" frames, Spring perches,bushings, Isolators, tie rods,sway bar links and bushings, Koni Shocks all the way around ... New rear springs, bushings, hangers, etc... She has ALSO had the " SHELBY DROP" done to the Front Suspension A arms.... ( that is the modification that Carrol Shelby did to the GT 350 mustangs and what made them able to win EVERY RACE ENTERED for YEARS in a row !!! ) Needless to say .. this Falcon HANDLES !! The ORIGINAL engine Has an Aluminum manifold with an Edelbrock 4 Barrel, headers, 2 1/2 inch exhaust with a balance tube and Flowmaster mufflers and she sounds SWEET !!! Cobra valve covers and Air Cleaner are painted in body color ... Also new heater box, plenum, tubing, vents and heater core...., all new belts and hoses installed on engine and new heater control cables, etc.... New air conditioning compressor and brackets installed .... original under dash Air unit and refrigeration lines included.... New gas tank, lines and fuel pump installed.... She has Power Windows also but Only the front two are wired to switches on driver door so far...... She is painted in 1965 Corvette Nassau Blue .... SHE ALSO comes with a " Shelby front valance" custom made for the car ( Same as used on the the GT 350 Mustangs but MADE to FIT the Falcon ....With the competition driving lights) VERY COOL !! .... There is probably more I'm leaving out ... The interior is decent and usable as is but I intended to do a COMPLETE BLAZING WHITE one to make the car REALLY POP !! . Have LOTS of pics of the build,etc if you need to see some ...... This year and model Falcon are bringing GOOD MONEY now days and will continue to RISE ..... If you are a Ford guy this one is a DEAL !! I worked a collector car lot in new Jersey for YEARS and this was gonna' be MY BABY .... .... Talk to me ......
