Listing Description

1968 Ford Falcon Coupe. Car is originally from Virginia. Sat in storage for 22 years, purchased at an estate sale, driven for a year and put up. . Car has very limited spots of surface rust under the car. There are no visible rust spots on the body of the car. There is however small spots of touch up paint the estate put on the vehicle when first removed from storage.  All of the original parts are included with this vehicle with the exception of the original engine and transmission. Tires were purchased new when pulled from storage. The dashboard was unbolted and is in the trunk as I was in the process of stripping the vehicle for paint. Original wire harness is intact and works without incident.  An additional rear end is included with the vehicle. It is a 8.8 limited slip rear with 3.73 gears and disc brakes. Rear was pulled from a 1999 Ford Explorer. There are various other parts that will be included as well.  This was an original straight six-cylinder car with a C-4 transmission. I removed the engine and trans and sold them late last year. I began a complete rebuild of a 1986 351w engine out of an F250.  bought an AOD transmission to replace the C4 for highway driving.  Engine and heads have been decreased and shot peened, bored out 0.30, had the crank turned down 0.10, and had the rods reconditioned. New bearings, galley plugs, lifters (Lunati), valve springs (Lunati), camshaft (Lunati), water pump, roller timing chain, pulleys, pistons, rings and gaskets. New cap and distributor, air gap intake and alternator brackets included. Used alternator from Chevy as well.  Transmission was pulled from a 1996 Ford Mustang that had just over 47,000 miles. Buyer should change fluid and screen.Doors: 2
