It features a fully independent, polished suspension system and numerous custom body fabrications, resulting in a show-quality finish.

The front fascia is heavily customized with a hand-fabricated Dan Fink stainless steel grille insert nestled inside a Rock Valley grille shell, complemented by a custom-fit hood and matching side panels. Brightwork highlights include fully polished hardware, minimalist trim, and sleek Head Winds billet aluminum headlight housings.
The roadster stands with a dramatic, aggressive rake on a set of classic American Racing Torq Thrust wheels. The staggered rolling stock is wrapped in high-performance BFGoodrich Comp T/A ZR radial tires, sized 205/50R17 in the front and massive 295/40R20 out back to anchor the rear end. The open cockpit features a custom leather interior executed by Carello Upholstery.
Modern comfort is subtly integrated by way of heated front bucket seats wrapped in premium tan leather, which extends to the custom-sculpted door panels and lower side structures. Sound insulation material was installed beneath the high-grade carpeting to isolate the cabin from road noise. Driver operation is handled via a polished steering wheel mounted to an aftermarket column and a floor shifter for the six-speed transmission.
A custom-fabricated dash panel houses a clean array of modern Speedhut instrumentation to accurately monitor vital engine stats, while a Bluetooth-equipped audio system handles modern media connectivity without disrupting the classic look of the dashboard. The engine bay centers on a built 406ci small-blockChevrolet V8 topped by an aggressive induction setup consisting of four genuine Jim Ingles 48 IDAWeber down-draft carburetors. The engine is dressed in high-end polished aluminum components and functions alongside a premium Walker brass radiator designed for efficient cooling.
Power is transferred through a Tremec six-speed manual transmission. The body is mounted to a high-performanceRoadster Shop chassis that features premium, fully polished Kugel suspension assemblies at both ends. The front utilizes a Kugel independent setup with power rack-and-pinion steering and adjustable coilover shocks, with Wilwood disc brakes up front in polished calipers.
The rear features a sophisticated Kugel independent rear suspension (IRS) integrated around a Ford 9-inch differential housing. This system features a unique rear Willwood disc brake set up in which the rotors and polished calipers are mounted close to the differential case, rather than in the traditional location behind the wheels. Also shown is the custom exhaust that exits out of a wide and flat polished tip mounted below the differential case.

Classic Ford Coupe Buyer's Guide
Classic Ford Coupe Buyer's Guide
The Ford Coupe — particularly the iconic 1932-1934 cars and the post-war 1946-1948 cars — represents the foundational platform of American hot rodding. The 1932 Ford with its flathead V8 launched a tradition that defined American performance culture for the next ninety years, and the 1933-1934 cars refined the formula. Period-correct flathead V8 power, chopped tops, channeled bodies, and traditional kustom kulture aesthetics define the genre. Whether you're hunting an original-condition Deuce coupe for restoration or a chopped-and-channeled period-correct hot rod from a recognized builder, the Ford coupe market is one of the most active and most actively-judged segments in the entire American collector hobby. The Goodguys circuit, the Grand National Roadster Show, and SEMA Battle of the Builders all maintain build-quality standards that separate the legitimate traditional builds from the hobby work.
