1955 Jeep CJ5. Body is solid only minor rust with bikini top. Frame and suspension solid. Engine 134 cubic inch. 4 cyl F head that runs good. Drive train is 4X4 with manual 3 speed transmission, 2 speed transfer case, front locking hubs all in good working condition. Brakes are original drum in good working condition with rare complete parking brake system. Electrical system is 12 volt driven by an alternator. Headlights tail lights, turn signals and windshield wipers in good working order. My research of the vin indicates this was number 40 off the production line in 1955 and sold as service utility vehicle with no options. This is an excellent restoration project vehicle for parades or go all out modification for serious off road enthusiast.
