1960 Jeep CJ5 4 WD 4 cylinder Manual transmission Almost done. Body work and paint completed. Licensed and ready to drive. This Jeep was a frame of restoration about 15 years ago. I am beginning to restore all over again. It has a healthy 4 cylinder original engine. I believe it was completely and carefully rebuilt in the recent past, estimated 9,000 miles on this engine. Runs like a top! New shocks, tires and brake wheel cylinders. The jeep has power steering, tilt wheel, large military radiator with electric fan. I am now driving short distances each day to make sure in good working order. Warren Winch with remote operating cable. Brakes, tires, grease and oil lube all drained and replaced. Stainless steel gas tank. Extensive paint work on chassis frame, all fender wells and axles. Processed with acid treatment, primer, undercoat and finish paint. All panels interior floor and side walls complete....4 coats hammer tone silver with hardener. Front windshield glass installed on newly painted steel frame. New retractable 3 point seat belts installed. New 16 inch steering wheel. Things for new buyer to complete; Seats need upholstery.
