Check out this Awesome 1977 AMC JEEP CJ5 !..it has just undergone a complete professional rotisserie/nut & bolt restoration that took approx. 1.0 year to finish.\r\nEvery part of this Jeep has either been reconditioned or replaced with the finest parts available.\r\nStarting out the entire vehicle was totally disassembled , power washed & sandblasted on all parts & panels.\r\nAll metal & bodywork was completed on the body tub, hood,front grille shell,& tailgate,the two front fenders & windshield frame were purchased new.\r\nOh yes it does have a working tailgate along with a swing out spare tire & and a Super Heavy Duty Rear Bumper with a class 2 hitch.\r\nThe complete chassis & front & rear differential housings were also stripped of all the items mentioned & were coated with a Tuff Hi-Build black epoxy primer then primed & refinished with 5 coats of Sikkens polyurethane paint & 3 coats of polyurethane clear,all sheet metal was then color sanded solid & polished out to a High Glamour Show Car Finish!\r\nThe entire drive train was rebuilt starting out with the AMC 258 C.I. inline six cylinder engine along with replacing all new external engine components as well,the engine is fed thru a 400 CFM Weber carburetor ,fire comes from a new Accel coil with Accel Hi-Temp Super Stock 8 mm silicone plug wires & new distributor & cap.\r\nCooling chores are done with a new 3 core aluminum radiator with dual 11\" cooling fans.\r\nA complete new aluminum exhaust system with Hi-Flow muffler.\r\nThe Tremec T-150 3 speed fully synchronized transmission was also totally gone thru as with replacing the clutch disc,pressure plate,pilot bushing,& release bearing.\r\nDana 20 transfer case was also gone thru along with a newer shifter for more tight shifts.\r\nBoth AMC front & rear 354 ratio axles were also checked over including installing new bearings,seals,& U joint\'s with new drum brakes in rear & disc brake complete package assembly in front.\r\nThe interior has two new custom race design Hi-Back bucket seating for that Real comfort fit,a Mo Mo 14\" steering wheel,all new Jeep & Bosch gauges,a custom Hi-flow heater & to finish it off a nice plush black carpeting thru out with Jeep floor mats in front to catch any dirt.\r\nAnd lastly for those Good sounding tunes a Pioneer Super Tuner 3 AM FM CD Stereo radio with MP3.\r\nA new 4\" lift kit,new bushings,shocks,& for that Great ride & look....4 new Crosswind MT 33/12.50/R15 LT radial tires mounted on 4 new Dick Cepek 15\" x 10\" Blacked out alloy wheels.This CJ was finally reassembled with a {Ton of Attention to Detail}..Lots of stainless hardware to make it last & give it that all around great look & to then make sure that every single part Runs out & works properly !\r\nThere was approx.100 miles put on this CJ for adjusting this & working out that to make sure this CJ5 Runs,Handles & Drives as good as it Looks !
