1982 CJ7 with hard top Clear Washington State title. Work performed as stated by previous owner: 1995 4.0 block stroked and bored to 4.7 (4.2 crank and rods 4.0 pistons) Custom cool air intake Custom radiator fan setup allowing manual operation Custom wiring harness 1995 Cherokee ECM (for manual trans Custom ECM Flash T5 5speed Cherokee flywheel and clutch assembly Dana 300 transfer case Dana 30 front axle AMC 20 rear axle Axle ratio is 2:73 Hydraulic brake assist conversion 2.5” Rancho lift suspension Bedliner in tub and underside of body and inner fenders Custom filled dash Wheels and tires with spare Stereo system Have also installed a new battery, starter, fuel pump, gauges and an alternator. The only things known that it will need is a voltage reducer for the temp gauge to read accurately and the doors could use door straps to keep them from swinging too far forward when opening. Have checked the running temperature with an infrared thermometer over the past couple of months and it remains at the correct range. The gears definitely make it great for the highway but I would change them if you were going to be playing in the mountains or driving in the city with a lot of starts/stops. The paint is a 5 footer. Looks good but up close there are very minor paint chips associated with a daily driver. Clean jeep with no visible rust. Not perfect but a great rig for being nearly 40 years old. There is a paint rash on the hood that needs to be buffed where it rests on the windshield frame when lifted and resting back.
