1968 Oldsmobile 442

1968 Oldsmobile 442 Convertible that has never been repainted. This is not a numbers matching car, the original engine was blown when my father bought this car in 1975. It has always had Oldsmobile engine, currently a 403 cubic inch engine from a 1979 Trans Am. The rest of the car is all original with the exception of front disc brakes and 15 inch ralleye wheels from mid 70s Cutlass. Transmission is a Trans-Go stage II turbo 400. Rear axle is the original Oldsmobile 12 bolt with 3.08 gear ratio. Front and rear anti-sway bars are original. The factory air conditioning system is all still there but not working. The power windows and power top all still work and the hydraulic cylinders were replaced a few years ago. There are a lot of new white interior parts some of which have not been installed yet. The car has been stored inside for the last twenty years and driven ocasionally until five years ago. I have recently put the car back on the road with fresh fluids and a complete rework of the fuel system. This is southern car and all rust is pictured and has not increased in the last 20 years.Trim: ConvertibleDoors: 2
