1979 Pontiac Firebird

1979 Trans Am, that is in excellent condition and is rust free. It was repainted a few years back in it\'s original yellow color, and the interior was completely restored. Include new dynomat through out under the carpeting. It\'s a WS6 car with the original wheels, and clean rust free performance suspension. The T Tops are clear and scratch free, with free seals that don\'t leak. The engine was rebuilt a few years back and runs strong, and smoothly. The transmission was also rebuilt, and shifts like new. All of the gauges work except for the oil pressure, which got stuck in the max position, and I haven\'t taken the time to look into it. The car is mostly original except for a few upgrades. The rear end gear was swapped out to a 3.42, and the exhaust was upgraded to a true dual exhaust. The stereo system has also been upgraded. It now sports a Pioneer DMH-WT7600NEX head unit that offers wireless apple carplay and android auto, and a 9inch floating touchscreen. Being that the screen \'floats\' on a bracket in front of the head unit, the dash did not need to be cut to fit it. The speakers have all been upgraded, as well as a trunk mounted amplifier. The AC blows cold. All in all the car is in excellent condition. The paint is shiny and clear as are all the new decals. There are a few small rock chips here and there that don\'t show well in photos, but I would give the paint an 8 out of ten. The interior really is like new. The seats, carpet, door panels, and dash all look like new. Everything works, as expected. It has recent tires, that all have exceptional tread on them.
