1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer

1988 Grand Wagoneer. I purchased it from North Carolina. It is registered and was a daily driver for a while. I planned to do soft restoration as I was driving it. Smogged and road-ready. My mechanic took months to rebuild the CA smog system from scratch. Have all the receipts. The good? Too many repaired and new mechanical parts to list. This includes the heater, A/C, and more parts than I can recall. The body is good. With a wash, people say it\'s a beautiful car. Here\'s the bad: It\'s far from perfect. It developed a stalling problem which I was told, and I think, is an old ignition coil, one of the few parts we didn\'t replace. Once the car and the coil warm up, it starts stalling. It needs a power steering bracket. The power steering works, but the bracket is broken. The Interior is ok but would need work. The power locks don\'t work. The windows work, but slowly and need to be serviced. The cruise control needs to be looked at. For a car from 1988, it\'s in fair condition. It will need work and you couldn\'t just drive it away right now, but it\'s a small repair away from driving. If you\'re interested, assume you or your mechanic will be putting some time into it.
