JE Classics Automotive

JE Classics Automotive is a classic and specialty car dealership at 6451 E 49th Dr in Commerce City, Colorado, just northeast of Denver. Its website lists sales, financing, consignment and restoration services. The company does not publish a founding year or owner names on the pages reviewed, and describes itself only as having "years of experience serving the area."

How the business works

JE Classics operates mainly as an independent dealer selling its own stock, and it also takes vehicles on consignment. Its consignments page says the team handles photography, marketing, buyer communication and paperwork, and that it gives "fair pricing guidance." The page does not state a commission, contract length or storage terms. Sellers weighing consigning a classic should get those details in writing first. The dealer is also listed as a member of the Colorado Independent Auto Dealers Association (CIADA), although the listing does not say how long it has been a member.

What it sells

The inventory is small and changes often. The website's home page showed eight vehicles at the time of research, priced from about $15,999 to $77,999. They included a 1958 Chevrolet Impala, a 1961 Chevrolet Impala lowrider, a 1967 Pontiac Firebird 326 HO, a 1971 Buick Skylark GS tribute, a 1987 Buick Regal Grand National, a 1968 Lincoln Mark III, plus some newer vehicles such as a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado and a 2001 Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG. That mix points to a focus on American cars from the 1950s through the 1980s, with some later used vehicles alongside. For more choices nearby, see classic cars for sale around the state.

Financing and restoration

The site has a finance page and a restoration page. The restoration page says the shop does full and partial restorations, mechanical and cosmetic work, interior restoration and custom projects, and describes its approach as built on patience and attention to detail. It does not list hourly rates, timelines or a gallery of finished work, so anyone considering a project should ask for a written estimate and examples.

Buying from JE Classics

The company invites buyers to browse the online inventory, submit a quote request or call to schedule a test drive. As with any small dealer, buyers should ask for the title status and service records, and consider an independent pre-purchase inspection, especially on higher priced cars. Dealer-specific policies on deposits, shipping and warranties were not published on the pages reviewed.

Reputation

No BBB rating or review-site star rating with at least ten reviews was confirmed for this dealer, so none is quoted here. Its inventory also appears on ClassicCars.com and Classics on Autotrader, and the company maintains an Instagram presence. Checking recent customer reviews and asking for references is the best way to gauge a smaller dealer.
