JC Auto Restoration

JC Auto Restoration is a Lynnwood, Washington business that specializes in Mopar vehicles and sells a large inventory of used and new-old-stock parts. Its website says it was established in 1978.

Who they are

The site says the business has been in the automotive industry for more than 44 years. Owners are not named on the pages we opened. The company also has a second location at 1367 Cambray Loop, Helena, Montana, which the site says is managed by Ryan Lacabanne.

What they restore

The shop specializes in Chrysler Corporation products, including Plymouth, Dodge, DeSoto, Chrysler and Imperial. Its site also says it works on specialty and even exotic cars and restores unusual components such as Highway Hi-Fi record players and instruments.

Parts and restoration

The shop says it holds more than 100,000 parts in a 5,400 square foot heated warehouse, with an online inventory system. For a Mopar owner, a supplier and restorer under one roof can simplify sourcing, though the parts business is a major part of what the company does. A detailed list of in-house restoration processes was not published on the pages reviewed, so ask what is done on site. Our guide on how to choose a restoration shop covers what to ask.

Projects and reputation

No named projects or awards were listed on the pages we opened. No review rating with a verifiable count was seen directly, so none is quoted. Anyone looking for a starting point for a Mopar build can browse classic project cars for sale and then request a written estimate.
