Classic Motor Car Company

Classic Motor Car Company is a classic car dealer and restoration shop in the Palmer area of western Massachusetts. According to its Better Business Bureau profile, the business has been operating since 1960 and is owned and operated by Chris Pastoreck. The BBB lists its address as 1780 North Main St, Palmer, MA 01069. ClassicCars.com's dealer directory shows a Webster, Massachusetts mailing address for the same business, while its vehicle listings are placed in Palmer, so both towns turn up in searches.

How the business works

The company says its vehicles are in-house and company owned, which points to a straightforward dealer model: it buys cars, prepares them and sells them from its own stock. We found no sign that it takes cars on consignment. It also describes itself as offering auto restoration and vintage auto repair, along with old juke boxes, old gas pumps and similar memorabilia, so the operation goes beyond selling cars.

What it sells

Listings on ClassicCars.com in early October 2026 showed 20 vehicles, weighted toward American muscle. Examples included a 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle at $52,500, a 1965 Ford Mustang convertible at $32,500, a 1964 Pontiac GTO and a 2004 Pontiac GTO at $23,500. Earlier research also turned up a Plymouth Road Runner, a Cadillac Eldorado and a Jeep Wagoneer. The company is also listed as a dealer on Hemmings. Buying from Classic Motor Car Company

We could not find a website for the company, so details on deposits, financing, shipping or inspection policies are not available to us. Buyers will most likely be dealing by phone and in person. Whatever the arrangement, it is worth reading up on what to check before you buy, including title status, matching numbers where claimed, and the option of an independent inspection.

Restoration and repair

Beyond sales, the company lists restoration and vintage auto repair among its services. The BBB description does not say how large the shop is, what kinds of work it takes on, or whether it accepts outside customers' cars for full restorations, so anyone interested should ask for examples of completed work and written estimates.

Reputation

The BBB lists Classic Motor Car Company as an accredited business since June 29, 2018, with an A+ rating. Accreditation means the business has agreed to BBB standards, and the rating is the bureau's own assessment. The BBB page shows only two customer reviews, too few to draw a conclusion about customer satisfaction, so we do not report a star average. The business also keeps an Instagram presence.
