This exceptional 1964 Dodge 330 Coupe has been professionally transformed into a striking tribute to the legendary HEMI Super Stock Dodges of the 1960s. Built to capture the look and attitude of the factory lightweight drag cars while remaining capable of street use, this Dodge combines an exceptionally well-preserved original body and interior with serious HEMI performance and more than $30,000 in recent upgrades. At the heart of the car is a professionally rebuilt 1968 426 HEMI V8 featuring Keith Black pistons, Eagle connecting rods, a Comp Cams camshaft, and ceramic-coated Sanderson headers.

Sitting on top is the unmistakable Mopar Cross Ram intake, now equipped with dual Holley Terminator Stealth EFI throttle bodies. A Holley EFI ECU, Dual Sync electronic distributor, Dominator electric fuel pump, and billet fuel-pressure regulator provide modern fuel and ignition management while retaining the incredible appearance of the classic Cross Ram HEMI. Backing the HEMI is an Art Carr-built A727 TorqueFlite automatic transmission equipped with heavy-duty clutch packs, low first gear, reverse/manual valve body, and a Hughes 3,000 RPM stall converter.

Power is sent to an 83/4-inch rear axle with aggressive 4.30:1 gearing and heavy-duty Moser axles. True to its Super Stock inspiration, the rear leaf springs have been relocated inboard using a Dodge Super Stock-style suspension arrangement for improved traction and tire clearance. Front steering and suspension components have also been upgraded.

Stopping performance has been significantly improved with Wilwood front disc brakes and hub assemblies, stainless brake hoses, a dual-circuit master cylinder, and Line Lock/Roll Control. Dual batteries have been relocated to the trunk and are supported by a Powermaster high-output alternator. The original body has been refinished in a brighter White basecoat/clearcoat finish chosen to better represent the appearance of the mid-1960s Super Stock cars.

A lightweight fiberglass front bumper further contributes to the period race-inspired appearance. The car rides on new Torq Thrust wheels and tires with fewer than 10 miles of use. Inside is where this Dodge becomes particularly interesting.

Much of the original Red interior remains remarkably well preserved, including the dashboard, gauges, steering wheel, switches, upholstery, and floor mat. Even the original jacking instruction decal remains underneath the trunk lid. Purposeful Super Stock-style modifications include a radio delete, heater delete, rear seat delete, and six-point roll bar, giving the cabin an authentic competition-inspired character without losing the originality that makes this particular car special.

The odometer shows 38,606 miles, which are believed to be original to the body based on its exceptional condition and information provided by the previous longtime owner. Highlights
