1952 Ford F1For sale here is a 1952 Ford F-1 pickup truck in beautiful stock condition and with its original (rebuilt) six cylinder engine that Ford called “the Cost Clipper.” This is one of the best stock examples of this classic farm/work truck in existence. The truck underwent a ground-up restoration by the previous owner about fifteen years ago and has been kept perfect since then. I purchased the truck eight years from that owner who owned the truck since the 1980’s.

Since new, the truck has only had a total of three owners before me. The truck has spent most of its life in San Diego and Arizona and the body is all metal, which, along with the undercarriage, is very close to 100% rust- free. It was restored to completely stock condition.

The paint is in excellent condition and is the original color. The bumpers are painted black and the grill white, as was done at the factory in 1952. The oak bed is correct and in great shape. The interior is stock and in perfect condition.

The truck has its original radio which has been restored and works perfectly. Its original engine was rebuilt about 6,500 miles ago. During the eight years that I have had the truck, it has always started and run/driven well, and as it is supposed to.

Its three-speed transmission, shifter, clutch and brakes all work well and as they are supposed to. I have never had to do anything to the truck except change fluids. It does not leak any oil that I can see.
