This 1990 Miata NA is a track-focused lightweight built by a Mazda engineer who stripped it down to approximately 2,000 pounds. The modifications are serious: Jackson Racing Sebring supercharger, Exedy Stage 1 racing clutch, aluminum flywheel, and upgraded front and rear torsion bars with special lowering springs. The body has been lightened with a Lexan windscreen, aluminum hood and trunk lid, and fixed headlights.

Additional upgrades include steel braided brake lines, Rod Millen lightweight directional wheels, and a short throw shifter. Recent maintenance in 2020 added new rear tires, battery, and coolant overflow tank. The car was originally owned by a Mazda General Manager in Petoskey and meticulously maintained throughout its three-owner history.
