Grogan Classics

Grogan Classics is a classic car dealer in Watford, Ontario, a small town between London and Sarnia in the southwestern part of the province. The business is run by Larry Grogan, and its website says it has been in business for 47 years. Directory listings in 2026 show an inventory of roughly 60 cars.

How the business works

Grogan Classics sells cars it owns rather than taking cars on consignment, based on what we found. Stock is advertised on its own site and on several dealer directories in Canada and the United States. Viewing is arranged by phone or email rather than walk-in hours, so it is wise to call ahead.

What it sells

Grogan Classics is not a consignment house, so the cars it lists are generally the dealer's own stock rather than cars held for private sellers. That is a practical difference for buyers, because the dealer, not a third party, is the one answering for the car. The company describes itself as a source for classic and collectible cars and icons. Because its website blocked automated access during research, we could not read its current stock list in detail and do not describe specific cars. The listings are best checked directly with the dealer or on the marketplaces where it advertises.

Buying from Grogan Classics

The usual advice for any dealer purchase applies here. Before committing, read through buying from a classic car dealer, then ask for the title history, the service record and a clear statement of any restoration work. An independent inspection is sensible for out of town buyers. Financing and shipping terms were not confirmed, so ask about both.

Reputation

The company says it has been serving Watford and southwestern Ontario for 47 years. We did not verify a BBB rating or enough customer reviews on any platform to quote a score, so none is given here.
