Texoma Classics

Texoma Classics is a restoration shop at 124 Industrial Dr, Suite 5204, in Sherman, Texas, close to the Oklahoma border. Its own site and the Better Business Bureau both date the business to 2002, when it began as Texoma T's, rebuilding antique Model T engines in a small three-car garage.

Who they are

The shop says it has grown from under 2,000 square feet to more than 13,000 square feet since moving to its current building in 2014, and that it offers worldwide pick-up and delivery. Owner names were not found on the pages checked. The shop's truck page says it has worked on vintage pickups since 2001, a year earlier than its other history, so the start date is approximate.

What they restore

The shop names classic cars and trucks, muscle cars, vintage trailers including Airstreams, and motorcycles. For pickups it lists Chevy C10s, Ford F100s and Dodge Power Wagons, and its site carries project pages for 1952 and 1955 F100s.

The work done in house

The shop lists:

• Paint and body, interiors and upholstery
• Engine rebuilds and complete mechanicals
• Fabrication and woodworking
• Factory restorations and restomods
• Electrical and air conditioning work

Working with the shop

The shop says clients can follow project progress through an online client portal. Its pricing model and deposit terms are not published. If you are comparing quotes, questions to ask a restoration shop is a useful checklist.

Reputation

The BBB lists the shop with a C+ rating, not accredited, with a single customer review on file, so no customer rating is quoted here. No awards are documented. The shop's own site returned an access error during research, so details come from search listings of its pages and should be confirmed.
